We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or policy for our eyewear
A.For any reason:
If you are not satisfied with your glasses, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) to the original payment method, or 100% store points (excluding shipping) on one time basis.
B.Manufacturing error:
After verification, we will remake the glasses for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund to the original payment method, or 100% store points on one time basis.
90-Day Warranty:
Our 90-Day Warranty means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement frame within 90 days. A replacement frame will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.
A.WITHIN 30 DAYS
GlassesFactoryStore.com may ship a new frame at no additional charge
B.After 30 DAYS to 90 DAYS
GlassesFactoryStore.com may ship a new frame charging the customer 50% of the cost of the frame plus shipping fees
Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR GLASSES:
1. Contact our Customer Service Department at cs@GlassesFactoryStore.com to approve the return.
2. All returns must be returned in their unworn, original, condition, in the original case include an eyeglass case and lens cleaning cloth. Package your glasses securely and make sure to include your name, contact information order number and why you returned the glasses.
3. We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (GlassesFactoryStore.com is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)
4. Once your return is received, we will process refund in 7 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
